I worked with Aric Ott on a property that I was trying to get and eventually got. My experience with him was great, given I was a first time buyer. Aric was very helpful and knowledgeable on things I didn’t understand with the buying process, he would go above and beyond to answer any questions I had. He eased my mind when I was getting frustrated with the long process of the purchase. Aric would also go above and beyond for me when I called at random times to go check out a house that I was interested in, his calm demeanor and professionalism made it so easy to work with him. He made the sale of this house happen, I honestly don’t think it would have happened if it wasn’t for him, he was aggressive with negotiations and straight to the point.
