Quick Sale-Forclosure
Courtney helped us get a difficult house closed. It was going to action at the end of the month so we had to move quick. Courtney was able to coordinate with current owner, a title company that was 2 hours from Roseburg, a Legal Company, and a bank the seller was using. It was a unique transaction in many ways but she was able to make it happen.
