Quick and Simple.
I sold property without a house on it, which can sometimes take a while. Chris was very easy to work with, always accessible at my convenience. He kept me up to date on anything that was happening while it was on the market, and did everything to get a quick sale for me. Chris seems to be a perfectionist, so everything I was involved in was ready when I showed up and in order. This wasn't my first Real Estate sale but it was the least stressful.
