The half-mile roundtrip hike to Clearwater Falls is ideal for beginners who want to not only start hiking but want to enjoy stunning views while doing so. It is an easy trip to a breathtaking waterfall. It has a minimal elevation gain and easy access with a nearby parking lot. 

The waterfall itself is just about 30 feet high, which is relatively modest. But don’t let the size of the falls dissuade you from visiting. It’s a fascinating little spring-fed waterfall, meaning that it flows year-round.  Hikers will find that the river is placid above and below the falls area.

Take half a day to explore this area and you will be rewarded by its beauty!  Enjoy spectacular scenes as you walk up and down the river.
