Roseburg Real Estate Agents Give Back with Umpqua Valley Habitat for Humanity
RED Day in Action: The Mary Gilbert Group Agents and Staff Give Back with Umpqua Valley Habitat for Humanity
At The Mary Gilbert Group, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling homes. It's about people, community, and creating places where families can thrive.
Today, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., ten members of our Mary Gilbert Group team stepped away from contracts, showings, phones, and appointments to roll up their sleeves and give back through Keller Williams RED Day by helping on a new home construction project with Umpqua Valley Habitat for Humanity right here in Douglas County.
RED Day stands for Renew, Energize, and Donate, and every year Keller Williams associates across the world step into their communities to serve causes that create meaningful impact. It's one of the things we love most about KW culture because it reminds us that success isn't only measured in transactions — it's measured in people served.

Why Habitat for Humanity Matters
Umpqua Valley Habitat for Humanity works to create strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable housing opportunities. Their work goes beyond simply building houses. They help build futures for families and strengthen communities across Douglas County through home construction, repairs, and housing programs.
A home represents safety.
It represents stability.
It represents a place where children can grow up, families can gather, and people can create a future.
Being able to support an organization doing this work right here in our own backyard made today's effort incredibly meaningful.

Today reminded us of something important:
Homes change lives. Communities change lives too.
We're grateful to have spent RED Day serving alongside an organization that is helping make that happen right here in the Umpqua Valley.
Because at The Mary Gilbert Group, helping people find home starts long before the keys are handed over.
